Directions and Dosage:

60 Initial Days:
1 Capsule with each meal, or 3 capsules daily

Maintenance:
2 capsules daily

Artrosamin is not an anti- inflammatory nor kills pain fast; you will notice an improvement in pain and an increase in the mobility from 4-5 weeks of treatment.
